Returns & Refunds Policy
· Pursuant to the Consumer Rights Act, if you are not satisfied with the order or you have changed your mind, you have 60 days to inform us after receipt of the goods have been received, you are liable for the cost of the return. The cost of the original standard postage will be refunded but not any upgraded services opted for such as Next Day.
· They should be well packed and adequate insurance taken with your chosen courier, they should be returned with your original invoice to:-

Please note items such as toilet seats cannot be accepted for refund once they have been removed from their protective wrapping, this is for hygiene reasons. Please contact us to help with ordering the correct seat if you are in any doubt.
The items must be returned unused and in resellable condition, including the original retail packaging. Fair deductions can be made to the refund if the item arrives back in a condition such that we cannot sell it as new or the packaging is missing or damaged.
Your goods must be checked for damage or shortage within 30 days of delivery, after this time we will not able to provide a refund for these items.
Once the item has been fitted or installed or attempted to be fitted or installed it is deemed that you have accepted those goods and we will not be able to replace goods as "damaged in transit" or "faulty" unless the fault is such that it could not have been seen before installation.
