"I placed an order during the Covid-19 lockdown, as the website advised they were still supplying via home delivery. I had an email on Saturday to advise that the suppliers of the items I had ordered were closed until after lockdown, but that I could leave my items on back order or call them for alternative suggestions. I called up and spoke to Gary, he showed me through the website very similar alternatives that were available and got them ordered and I received them on the Monday, despite changing the size of the bath required! Absolutely phenomenal customer service by UK Bathroom Store, and also by their supplier Tissino, who brought both sizes of bath to ensure I received the one I wanted and charged no extra for the size change! I will be recommending this company to everyone I know, customer service like this is hard to come by nowadays, and everyone deserves a bit of it!"

Following the government’s announcement some of our suppliers have made the decision to temporarily close their offices and warehouses to protect their staff. In these cases we’re amending their products to indicate that there may be a delay in supplying goods.
All our suppliers are now operational, however a small few are working with limited capacity. Due to supply chain issues some products are affected.
Further to this we stock an extensive selection of goods including a huge range of Crosswater MPRO items and our Clearance section is bursting with bargains to be had right off the shelf!

We deliver through The Pallet Network. All deliveries are kerbside and no one will enter your property. We’ll do everything we can to notify you of the delivery and any issues arising.
